1. Who we are

Vitality Wisdom Hub – Holistic Health & Wellness Coaching ("we", "us", "our") operates the Peak Potential Masterclass and this website. We act as the data controller for the information described below.

2. Information we collect

Registration details you provide voluntarily: your name, email address, mobile number (including country code), profession or role, primary challenge or focus area, gender, age group, and how you heard about the masterclass.

Assessment responses: if you take the V.I.T.A.L. Score™ self-assessment, we process your answers to generate your score and guidance.

Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed and approximate location, collected automatically to keep the site secure and to understand which content is useful.

Communication data: whether our emails were delivered, opened or clicked, whether you joined the live session, and the outcome of any confirmation or reminder phone call.

3. Why we use your information

To deliver the service you asked for: confirming your seat, sending joining links, calendar files, reminders and replays for the session you registered for.

To improve attendance and experience: reminder emails and an automated confirmation/reminder voice call placed close to the session start time.

To send related educational content, offers and invitations to future sessions or programmes, where permitted by law or where you have consented. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link.

To measure and improve our marketing (for example, understanding which channel a registration came from), to maintain security, and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where the GDPR, the DPDP Act or similar laws apply, we rely on: performance of a contract (delivering the masterclass you registered for), your consent (marketing communications and voice calls, which you may withdraw at any time), our legitimate interests (site security, service improvement, fraud prevention), and legal obligation where applicable.

5. Automated emails and voice calls

By registering, you agree to receive transactional emails and WhatsApp/phone contact relating to the session, including an automated AI-assisted reminder call placed shortly before the masterclass begins. You can opt out of calls by replying to any of our emails or writing to us; opting out will not affect your seat.

6. Sharing your information

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the masterclass: our website and database hosting provider, our transactional email provider, our webinar and meeting platform, our calendar and messaging providers, our AI voice-calling provider, and analytics tools. Each processes data on our instructions under contract.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

7. International transfers

Our providers may store or process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

8. How long we keep data

Registration and attendance records are kept for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, unless you ask us to delete them earlier or we need to retain them for legal or accounting reasons. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be kept indefinitely.

9. Security

Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure with encryption in transit, row-level access rules on our database, and restricted administrative access protected by two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we review our controls regularly.

10. Your rights

Subject to your local law, you may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, a portable copy, or object to direct marketing. You may also withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email drdeb@vitalitywisdomhub.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

11. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of essential cookies and local browser storage to remember your registration progress and preferences, plus analytics to understand site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may then not work as intended.

12. Children

This masterclass is intended for working professionals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated by email where appropriate.
