1. About the service

The Peak Potential Masterclass is a free, live, 90-minute online educational session operated by Vitality Wisdom Hub – Holistic Health & Wellness Coaching. Sessions run on a recurring schedule and are delivered through a third-party meeting platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. Registration is intended for working professionals, founders, leaders and experts who want to implement what they learn.

3. Registration and your seat

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at registration. Seats are personal to you and non-transferable. Joining links are for your individual use and must not be shared, resold or published.

Sessions may be recorded. By joining, you consent to the recording of the session, including any questions you ask in chat or on audio, and to our use of the recording for replays and educational purposes.

4. Communications you agree to receive

Registering means you consent to receive session-related emails, WhatsApp messages and an automated reminder phone call before the session, plus follow-up educational and promotional emails. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in every email.

5. Schedule changes and cancellation

We may reschedule, shorten, or cancel a session, or change its content, speaker or platform, at our discretion. Where reasonably possible we will notify registrants by email and offer an alternative slot. As the session is free, no refunds arise.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt sessions, harass other participants or the host, promote your own products, record or redistribute session content, scrape the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may remove any participant who breaches these rules, without notice.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site and within the sessions — including frameworks, slides, recordings, assessments such as the V.I.T.A.L. Score™, text, graphics and the marks Peak Potential Masterclass, Vitality Wisdom Hub™ and Vitality SattvaOS™ — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property law.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use the material for your own development. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, teach, sell or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

8. No professional advice; no guarantees

The content is educational and general in nature. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it does not create a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship. See our Health & Educational Disclaimer for detail.

Results depend on your own circumstances and implementation. We make no promise of any specific health, performance, career or income outcome.

9. Third-party services and links

Sessions and communications rely on third-party platforms for video, email, messaging, calendars and calling, and this site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, data or goodwill, or for technical failures, interruptions or third-party platform outages that prevent you attending a session.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.

12. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you hold in your own country.
